At KNOK Surf Wear, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how our simple process works:
Returns and Exchanges:
- Time Frame: You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item.
- Condition: Items must not have been used in the ocean, be clean, and in new condition.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
- How to Return: Before sending back your item, please email us at knokshop@outlook.com for return instructions.
- Refunds: If you request a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
